Responsibilities:
Collect and enter data accurately into various databases and systems.
Verify and validate the integrity of data entered into the systems.
Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for management.
Coordinate data management activities across different departments.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of data.
Support the development and implementation of data management processes.
Respond to data requests and provide support to staff as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or administration is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
Experience with data entry and maintaining databases.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
