- Qualify incoming leads and update records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to assist customers, provide payment reminders, and prevent cancellations.
- Guide customers toward timely payments while delivering a positive experience.
- Review and process paperwork accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and help develop scripts, guidelines, and tracking tools for retention success.
- 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or retention.
- Strong communicator with a professional, confident, friendly approach.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and handling high call volumes.
- Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
- Competitive pay at $25/hour.
- Potential for contract extension and permanent placement.
