- St. John Neumann Catholic Church is dedicated to its vision of being a beacon of light that draws people home. We seek to create a place of worship and refuge, sharing the love of Christ with all, and building a community that is engaged, on mission, and glorifying to God. St. John Neumann is looking for dedicated and faith-fueled individuals who will use their talents to help St. John Neumann achieve our inspirational vision through three keys to parish renewal: Evangelization, Leadership Development (especially raising up lay leaders), and Guidance by the Holy Spirit.

- Ministerial Character
- The Pastor is the visible principle and foundation of unity at St. John Neumann, which the Bishop has entrusted to him. He makes Christ's mission present and enduring in the parish. In order to fulfill his mission, the Pastor employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people). He shares with them his mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them.

Therefore, the employee in this position is closely connected to and assists the Pastor in the performance of his ministry and thereby engages in ministry for the Church.

The team encourages people from diverse walks, and at every point in their lives, to know the love of Christ and the freedom that comes from following His will.
