Job Description


The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the digital marketing team’s day-to-day operations. This position ensures the team functions efficiently, projects remain on schedule, and communication among internal teams, clients, and partners is seamless. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to help drive digital marketing campaign success. This position is hybrid with 1 day on site (Wednesday).

What you'll do:

  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the digital marketing team, including managing schedules, team calendars, and meeting logistics.
  • Track deadlines for campaigns, deliverables, and reporting; follow up with team members to ensure milestones are met.
  • Help designers source information and assets needed to complete a project
  • Help maintain digital asset libraries, campaign trackers, and marketing databases with current data and files.
  • Proactively check social calendars and confirm assets going live are QC'd and correct
  • Coordinate digital marketing team’s communications with clients
  • Assist in reviewing and proofreading digital content for accuracy, branding, and deadlines.
  • QC approved files before final delivering to clients

Qualifications


What you bring:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably on a marketing, creative, or digital team.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, Trello, Box, Slack
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior attention to detail, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of supporting client-facing activities.
  • Prior agency experience a plus

Compensation: $50,000 plus based on experience.
