A trusted and growing homecare agency in Uniontown, PA is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our dedicated team—and specifically assist in our HR recruitment efforts in support of our Erie team from our Uniontown location. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including phone screenings and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate new hire orientations with the HR team
  • Provide administrative recruitment support for the Erie team from our Uniontown location
  • Maintain accurate staff records and ensure attendance compliance
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and organizing documents
  • Manage databases and maintain accurate information
  • Review and support ongoing projects, spreadsheets, and administrative inquiries
  • Provide coverage for key office roles during absences or call-outs, including Field Staff Coordinator (FSC) responsibilities
  • Offer support to both administrative and care teams as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
