- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced Operations Team. In this vital role, you will support the onboarding and ongoing administrative needs of both new and existing franchisees. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage franchisee onboarding documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and finalize logistics for Franchisee Training.
- Coordinate across departments to support the franchisee onboarding process.
- Prepare business insurance quotes and submit proposals on behalf of franchisees.
- Communicate regularly with franchisees to address questions, concerns, and provide support.
- Assist with franchisee recruitment as needed.
- Send out franchise applications to interested candidates.
- Manage FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) distribution and acknowledgment follow-ups.
- Help identify and coordinate suitable unit locations in collaboration with the Operations Team.
- Maintain accurate data entry and updates in SAP and other databases.
- Process business/legal name changes in SAP.
- Support programs such as inventory installments, cash advance requests, direct deposit setup, and fee notifications.
- File and maintain proper documentation for franchisee records.
- Perform general administrative duties and additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and self-learning abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt in a growing and fast-changing environment.
- Hybrid schedule: On-site attendance required biweekly.

- College degree, ideally with quantitative or administrative focus.
