  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced Operations Team. In this vital role, you will support the onboarding and ongoing administrative needs of both new and existing franchisees. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage franchisee onboarding documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule and finalize logistics for Franchisee Training.
  • Coordinate across departments to support the franchisee onboarding process.
  • Prepare business insurance quotes and submit proposals on behalf of franchisees.
  • Communicate regularly with franchisees to address questions, concerns, and provide support.
  • Assist with franchisee recruitment as needed.
  • Send out franchise applications to interested candidates.
  • Manage FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) distribution and acknowledgment follow-ups.
  • Help identify and coordinate suitable unit locations in collaboration with the Operations Team.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and updates in SAP and other databases.
  • Process business/legal name changes in SAP.
  • Support programs such as inventory installments, cash advance requests, direct deposit setup, and fee notifications.
  • File and maintain proper documentation for franchisee records.
  • Perform general administrative duties and additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and self-learning abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt in a growing and fast-changing environment.
  • Hybrid schedule: On-site attendance required biweekly.
  • Requirements
  • College degree, ideally with quantitative or administrative focus.
