We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for a Washington Machine Shop that supports many regional and national clients. Similar roles include Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Finance Assistant, Admin Clerk, or Secretary. This day-shift admin role will start as Part-Time and may lead to Full Time (let's discuss). This position provides stable income and strong Benefits.
Administrative Assistant Role and Requirements
- Office environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be dependable with strong computer skills. Specific experience with Microsoft products helpful (Word, Excel, Office)
- Experience with financial data and bookkeeping are helpful
- Work experience in an engineering or production environment is also helpful - May assist leadership with a variety of administrative support including blueprints, financial entry, and coordination of shipping and receiving
- High School diploma or equivalent required
