About the Role

  • This position plays a key role in supporting our accounting department and broader operations. You'll be responsible for bank entries, rent postings, payroll processing, invoice reconciliation, and preparing financial reports. You’ll also help coordinate marketing materials, order company devices, and assist with occasional business errands—making this a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post bank transactions and hand checks across multiple accounts
  • Process rent entries in Oscar and Point of Rental systems
  • Process payroll and create reports
  • Prepare weekly/monthly financial and performance reports
  • Reconcile invoices and monitor employee benefits accounts
  • Support expense reports and credit card reconciliations
  • Coordinate device orders and marketing materials
  • Assist with administrative tasks and operational errands as needed

  • Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLookups, PivotTables), and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAGE100, CONCUR, and/or Paylocity a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
