Admin Assistant Responsibilities/Duties: -Completing Prior Authorization for medication and insurances – Verifying insurances, initiating requests, submission of clinical notes, and checking/updating status. -Scheduling clients and management of Provider/Company Calendar including sending appointment reminders to scheduled clients. -Setting up/managing company social media platforms, website, and various accounts -Assisting with ordering labs and downloading/migrating data to EHR. Communicating with pharmacies regarding refill request and prior authorizations -Answering phones and providing customer service/support and managing company emails -Reporting productivity at the end of each day -Answering phones and providing customer service/support via phone, SMS messaging and virtual meetings -Managing company emails daily -Creating, updating, and reviewing various client/vendor forms/documents -Sending/receiving documentation to/from clients and vendors including but not limited to requesting signatures, faxing, obtaining PHI in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, and release of information handling -Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed/tasks completed in a timely manner -Manages and maintains files, records, and correspondence both hard and digital copies -Complete various other assignments as needed and requested -Copay management
