What You’ll Be Doing
- · Serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing reception duties with professionalism.
- · Answering, screening, and directing phone calls; handling client inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team member.
- · Assembling and organizing tax returns, financial statements and other client documents in compliance with firm standards.
- · Managing office supply inventory and placing orders as needed to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- · Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including client documents and confidential information.
- · Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and supporting meeting logistics.
- · Keeping inventory of kitchen supplies; tidying up kitchen and refilling refrigerator and snacks daily.
- · Providing general administrative support to partners, managers, and staff as required.
- · Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Requirements
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- · Previous administrative or office support experience preferred; experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment a plus.
- · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manager multiple priorities.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone and reception etiquette.
- · High attention to detail, especially when handling confidential documents and matters.
- · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems a plus.
- · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
