Admin Role – The Leak Authority / Hydronos Corp Core Office Responsibilities Phone Coverage: Answer the office phone number Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Customer Support: Handle general questions from customers in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner. Job Booking: Schedule new jobs, update existing ones, and manage calendar changes as needed. Software & Tools Jobber: Create, move, and manage jobs. Confirm details are correct and up to date. GoCanvas: Ensure forms and field reports are uploaded, attached, and filed correctly. Email Send estimates/quotes. Follow up with customers to get approval. Send invoices with all required reports attached. Communication With John: Notify by text/email of scheduled jobs, contractor calls, urgent on-site updates, or return visits needed. Confirm customer appointments as necessary. With Customers: Call to confirm scheduled appointments. Reschedule or move jobs on the calendar when required. Follow up after visits if additional information, approvals, or return service is needed. Lead Management Yelp Leads: Respond promptly, follow up until resolved/converted. Home Mag Leads: Track, call back, and schedule appointments. AI Caita App: Monitor, respond, and update in system. Additional Duties Maintain an organized schedule of all jobs, return visits, and pending estimates. Ensure all invoices are sent promptly with reports attached. Track customer responses and keep notes updated in Jobber. Proactively follow up with leads and customers to maximize booking conversions.
