StorageTrail is a fast-growing prop-tech startup helping commercial landlords monetize unused or vacant space by turning it into rentable storage. We already have interested landlords, signed LOIs, inbound replies, and a fully working onboarding + payment system. We are now hiring a Sales Activation Specialist to contact warm leads and conduct targeted outbound calls to property owners. Your job is to follow up, gather a few simple details, and convert these owners into paid plan activations. This is NOT random cold calling. This is NOT dialing through massive lists. You will contact a mix of: Landlords who already responded or expressed interest (warm leads) LOI signers who need activation Commercial property owners from our curated list of high-potential buildings (targeted outbound) Your Role You will be responsible for consistent outreach and follow-up with landlords and property managers to help them activate one of our listing plans (Starter / Partner / Pro). You will follow clear scripts, record notes, and guide landlords toward completing their plan signup. Key Responsibilities 1. Contact Warm & Targeted Leads Call landlords who previously replied Re-engage LOI signers Follow up with older leads Conduct targeted outbound calls to commercial properties from our curated list (not random cold calling) Leave professional voicemails and SMS follow-ups Maintain friendly, confident communication 2. Drive Activations Explain our plan options clearly Answer basic questions Send activation links via SMS Encourage landlords to activate Starter / Partner / Pro Track lead progress in a shared sheet 3. Daily Workflow Expectations 10–20 warm or targeted contacts per day Consistent follow-up Clear notes on every call A short daily summary after each work session What We’re Looking For Required: Excellent spoken English (clear, neutral, confident) Comfortable making phone calls Sales, appointment-setting, or follow-up experience Reliable, consistent, and organized Able to follow scripts and track leads Preferred: Background in real estate or property management Experience with B2B or subscription sales Familiarity with Airtable or CRMs (helpful, not required) Compensation $50/week guaranteed + $100 bonus per landlord activation (any plan: Starter, Partner, or Pro) No cap on bonuses Long-term role for the right candidate Why This Role Matters We already have: Warm inbound interest A working onboarding system Signed LOIs Real landlord conversations happening daily Curated lists of high-potential commercial properties We now need someone consistent, confident, and professional who can follow up, speak clearly, and help these landlords activate their plans.
