Role Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the real estate private equity industry, where entry level roles do not open often.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Acquisition Analyst located in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Acquisition Analyst will handle market research, data analysis, underwriting, and due diligence.

Responsibilities include evaluating potential properties, contacting local brokers and property owners in markets across the US, developing acquisition strategies, expertise in excel, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in commercial real estate is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
