Job Description Key Responsibilities Draft financial statements and lead subsequent internal reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle BIR tax audits, including preparation of supporting documents and timely submission of requirements. Maintain and update monitoring templates for overall compliance reporting across financial and regulatory domains. Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and government policies, ensuring timely implementation. Facilitate the acquisition of tax exemptions or incentives from relevant government authorities, coordinating with legal and compliance teams. Oversee all accounting functions up to financial statements for tax filing. Lead accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and project cost monitoring. Implement and monitor budgets, ensuring accuracy and fiscal control. Prepare monthly reconciliations, consolidated reports, and financial analysis. Lead quarterly reviews, annual audits, and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP/SOX. Present key financial and non-financial KPIs, providing insights for improvement. Develop and enforce accounting policies, standards, and internal controls. Coordinate with project teams and other departments to support business growth. Required Skills and Competencies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA required. 5–7 years accounting experience, with at least 3 years in construction. Strong background in cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of tax compliance, audits, and statutory reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP B1 accounting software.
