About the Role We’re looking for a part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations and keep clean, reliable books. You’ll ensure our numbers are accurate, reports are timely, and cash flow is clear so leadership can focus on growth. Responsibilities - Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online. - Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly. - Manage accounts payable/receivable and expense categorization. - Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. - Track and forecast runway, burn rate, and SaaS-related metrics. - Support tax filings and coordinate with external CPA. Requirements - Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience (SaaS/startups preferred). - Proficiency with QuickBooks Online. - Strong attention to detail and consistency. - Understanding of SaaS financial metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, CAC, LTV) a plus. - Able to work independently and proactively flag issues. Success looks like: timely closes each month, clean books in QuickBooks, and reliable insights that guide smarter decisions.
