Hi, we're a boutique digital agency working with purpose-driven and premium brands across fashion, fragrance, wellness, and B2B sectors. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager / Social Media Manager to join our team remotely. Role Overview -You’ll be managing 3–4 client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, delivery, and results. You’ll coordinate between our internal team (designers, copywriters, email marketer) and the client, keeping projects moving forward. What You’ll Do: - Build and manage social media content calendars for clients (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) - Oversee website projects (review timelines, coordinate with developers, follow up on deliverables) - Manage email marketing efforts (liaise with email marketer, track campaigns, collect feedback) - Communicate with clients regularly, update them on progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations - Ensure creative briefs and tasks are properly delegated to designers and copywriters - Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple accounts - Provide input on design/copy (bonus if you’ve done some content yourself) What We’re Looking For: - Experience in social media management and client-facing roles (agency experience is a huge plus) - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once - Confidence in leading calls, handling client feedback, and keeping relationships smooth - Bonus: Exposure to email marketing, web projects, or creative production - Comfortable working with a remote team across time zones Work Structure: - You’ll be working directly with the agency owner and our creative team. - This is a remote role, flexible hours, but requires responsiveness and accountability. - We’ll start with a 3-month probation period to see how we work together.
