Role Overview We’re looking for a highly strategic and technically fluent Hybrid Account Manager & Tech Project Manager to lead the orchestration of complex, multi-platform marketing campaigns. You will be the heartbeat of our client partnerships, translating business goals into executable paid media strategies while managing timelines, resources, and advanced ad technologies. This position blends client leadership, paid media strategy, and project management, with emphasis on Google Ads, CRM integration, and tools like Google Ads Editor, Height.app, and Data Studio. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Client & Strategic Leadership Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients; own the relationship, communication, and client success metrics. Translate business goals into measurable marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV). Lead strategic planning sessions, performance reviews, and business reviews (QBRs). Communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively, internally and externally. 🔹 Technical & Campaign Management Oversee setup, launch, and optimization of paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Configure advanced features in Google Ads Editor: ad schedules, audience observations, negative keyword lists, bidding strategies, geotargeting, device modifiers, and conversion tracking. Implement cross-platform remarketing and full-funnel strategy with CRM integration and offline conversion tracking. 🔹 Project Management Own full lifecycle of digital projects using Height.app: from ideation and scoping to post-launch M&E. Maintain detailed optimization schedules (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) and campaign roadmaps. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and engineering to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and exceed expectations. Ideal Candidate 3–6 years experience in digital advertising, paid search, or performance marketing. Proven success managing client relationships in a high-stakes agency environment. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor. Project management fluency using Height.app, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools. Experience with audience targeting, UTM strategy, conversion tracking, tech liaising and CRM syncing. Strong communicator with an instinct for client psychology and marketing persuasion. Bonus: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Optmyzr, Supermetrics, or SQL dashboards. What Success Looks Like Clients feel heard, supported, and guided by a true expert.
