  • Job Overview
  • The Senior Account Executive is a quota-carrying role focused on expanding revenue with existing PACE clients and supporting consultants who advise new PACE organizations. You will be responsible for driving upsell opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning Collabrios’ platform as the trusted partner for growth, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence both operational leaders and external consultants shaping PACE programs.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Client Growth & Upselling
  • Expand adoption of Collabrios’ EMR, TPA, and care coordination solutions across existing PACE clients, driving incremental ARR.
  • Consultant Engagement
  • Partner with industry consultants working with new PACE programs, positioning Collabrios as the preferred technology partner.
  • Strategic Account Planning
  • Partner with the Account Manager to develop and execute strategies that maximize client value through upsell opportunities, while ensuring alignment on account ownership and minimizing risk.
  • Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and financial leaders within client organizations, fostering deep executive-level relationships.
  • Solution Expansion
  • Articulate the operational, compliance, and financial benefits of Collabrios’ integrated platform to influence expansion decisions.
  • Contract Growth & Negotiation
  • Lead upsell proposal development and contract expansion discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate visibility into account activity and upsell pipeline in Salesforce; provide executive-level reporting on account health and revenue expansion.
  • Market Representation
  • Represent Collabrios at PACE conferences, client forums, and industry events to reinforce market leadership and drive new opportunities.
  • Requirements
  • What You Bring
  • 7+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software sales.
  • Experience upselling/expanding existing client accounts; background in EMR, TPA, or healthcare SaaS required.
  • Strong understanding of PACE program operations, compliance, and funding models.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including executive, clinical, financial, and operational leaders.
  • Track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle, competitive environments.
  • Skilled in strategic account management, relationship building, and solution expansion.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and industry events.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
