Role Overview As an Account Development Manager at B2B Reviews, you’ll own the first part of the sales cycle — from prospecting to setting high quality demos for our account executives. This role is ideal for a driven, persuasive professional who thrives in an outbound sales environment, loves uncovering opportunities, and enjoys building long-term partnerships that create real business value. Key Responsibilities Own Account Development: Prospect, qualify, pitch, and set high quality demos with SaaS companies and B2B service providers. Drive revenue growth: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets through outbound outreach and demos Research and target: Identify high-potential companies in new and existing categories that align with our audience and buying guides. Deliver compelling outreach: Craft personalized, persuasive emails and presentations that speak to the pain points and growth goals of B2B marketers. Manage relationships: Serve as the primary contact for your prospects, ensuring smooth transitions from prospects to closed accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a steady flow of high quality, qualified demos. Track and report: Maintain accurate CRM records, report sales activity, and provide feedback that helps shape our partner offerings and go-to-market strategy. Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships (SaaS or digital media preferred). Excellent spoken and written English — confident in client-facing video calls and presentations. Professional Zoom presence: reliable internet, clear audio, and a clean, distraction-free workspace. Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time). Strong organizational and follow-up skills — able to manage multiple prospects at once. Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot), Google Workspace, and project management tools. A self-starter with a positive, results-driven attitude.
