We are seeking a skilled structural steel detailer with expertise in using Advanced Steel software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings of structural steel components. You should be able to interpret engineering specifications and apply industry standards in your work. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for structural design, we would love to hear from you! Please see attached construction drawings and a new layout for Emmer Development. We are building and installing the exterior stairs. Stairs are delegated design build and engineering has been started for materials and design already. We need submittals for the engineer and architect review as well as erection drawings and shops. Field measurements will be provided for the area of attachment to the building. A few quick notes of the stairs: Galvanized framing (bolt together assembly) precast stair treads (will need a shop for bolt locations and profile) and concrete filled landings (concrete by others). Guard Railings to be pipe and picket (1-1/2 pipe and 1/2" solid square) Grab rails are 1-1/4" pipe 12x20.7 channel framing Hss 4x4x1/4 columns
