Project Title: Design STL Files for Servo-Integrated Robot Armature Project Description: I need a mechanical engineer to design a 3D printable 3 feet (92 cm) tall humanoid robot armature based on a stop-motion armature reference. The design should accommodate SG90 servo motors integrated into the body structure. Project Requirements: 1. Base Reference: Use the stop-motion armature shown in the attached image (yellow background) as the design inspiration for proportions and general structure 2. Servo Integration: Design slots/mounting points throughout the armature to accept standard SG90 servo motors, similar to how servos are integrated in the robot arm shown in the second reference image 3. Required Servo Movements (11 servos total): • Spine/torso rotation: 1 servo • Left arm: 3 servos (shoulder rotation, shoulder lift, elbow bend) • Right arm: 3 servos (shoulder rotation, shoulder lift, elbow bend) • Left hand: 1 servo (claw end effector open/close) • Right hand: 1 servo (claw end effector open/close) • Neck/head: 2 servos (pan left/right, tilt up/down) 1. Stability: The figure must be able to stand upright independently - walking capability is not required 2. File Format: Deliver STL files ready for 3D printing 3. Design Considerations: • Parts should be printable without excessive supports • Allow for servo wire routing • Ensure structural integrity when servos are installed • Servo mounting should allow for the specified range of motion • Arms should have full range of motion for rotation, lifting, and bending • Claw end effectors should be simple 2-finger grippers Deliverables: • Complete set of STL files for all armature components • Assembly instructions or diagram showing servo placement • Bill of materials listing required servos and hardware
