I recently purchased a 1500 sq ft home in Miami Shores and want to redesign the entire interior without changing the existing layout. I’m looking for a 3D interior visualizer / space-planning expert who can: • Recreate my floor plan in 3D from provided dimensions and photos. • Place specific furniture and finishes that I’ll provide via links. • Offer professional feedback on spacing, proportions, and lighting. • Deliver realistic renderings of all main spaces (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms). I’ll provide: • The floor plan with accurate dimensions • Photos and inspiration styles • Furniture and finish links You’ll deliver: • Editable 3D model (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender) • 1–2 high-quality renders per room • Minor refinements based on feedback Style: modern, warm, boutique-hotel feel (mid-century Miami with Kelly Wearstler influence). Preferred skills: • SketchUp + V-Ray / Lumion, or 3ds Max + Corona Renderer • Strong eye for realistic materials and natural lighting • Fluent English and great communication skills ⸻ Communication Style I prefer to work collaboratively, not just by email. Once hired, we’ll communicate mostly via WhatsApp voice calls, short video chats, and shared folders (Google Drive/Dropbox) for quick iterations and creative feedback. I value designers who are responsive, open-minded, and comfortable discussing design ideas verbally. Please include 2–3 samples of previous residential interiors (with realistic lighting) and describe your typical workflow for an entire house visualization project.
