I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a full 360° 3D model of an existing building based on reference photos. I already have one main reference image that shows the exact shape, proportions, and style I want (it looks like a candle version of the building). That image is the base. I need you to build out the rest of the structure so it’s a complete, all-around 3D model. What I’m looking for I want this to be a highly detailed exterior model with all of the architectural details visible on the walls, including: Correct window counts and spacing Frames, bands, ledges, and simple trim details Wall breaks, panel divisions, parapet, and foundation changes Exterior signage / lettering shown in the photos (turned into shallow 3D text) Brick / masonry broken into logical panels or surface detail (not hyper-micro, but clearly there) The one thing I do NOT want modeled is: Any fire escape, ladders, thin railings, or elements that hang off the façade and would be fragile or hard to mold Those hanging elements should either be left off or suggested very subtly in the wall surface—no deep undercuts, nothing floating away from the main mass. Style / Usage The look should stay close to my “candle style” reference: solid mass, clean lines, slightly softened edges This will be used for 3D printing and mold making, so the model needs to be: Watertight Clean topology No crazy thin parts Mold-safe geometry Deliverables 1x STL file 1x OBJ file Full 360° exterior model of the building based on my photos and candle-style reference Scaled proportionally (we can confirm final size once you’re selected) Ideal Freelancer Strong experience with architectural or hard-surface modeling Has done print-ready or mold-ready models before Comfortable working from multiple photo references and matching detail When you reply, please share: A few examples of similar 3D work (buildings, products, or detailed objects) Confirmation that you understand: all wall detail is needed, but no fire escape or thin hanging elements
