One-Hour Cloud Expert Needed to Verify AWS/Microsoft 365/Google Teardown (Route 53 Only Remains) Description: We’ve already torn down almost all of our AWS/Microsoft 365 infrastructure, and we only want to keep: Route 53 (DNS + domain registrar) One domain: saleslights.com Microsoft 365 Business Standard licenses for email/Teams Google Cloud Console app (Gmail API/OAuth) for sending email Everything else (EC2, ELB, NAT, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SES, Lightsail, etc.) has been terminated/downgraded using our teardown checklist. We want an independent cloud engineer to spend ~1 hour max walking through the environment and double-checking there’s no billing leakage left behind, and verifying our Google Cloud Console OAuth project is still properly configured for Gmail API sending. ✅ Scope of Work AWS Verification Confirm no active EC2 instances, NAT gateways, EIPs, VPC endpoints, ALBs, RDS, EBS, S3 buckets, CloudWatch alarms/logs, CloudTrail trails, SES, WAF, Lightsail, or Lambda functions remain. Confirm billing is only for Route 53 domain + hosted zone. Cross-check Cost Explorer with Resource Explorer/CLI. Microsoft 365 / Entra Confirm all unnecessary licenses are removed/downgraded. Confirm only Business Standard licenses remain active for email/Teams. Confirm Entra App for sending email is unaffected by downgrade. Google Cloud Console (OAuth/Gmail API) Verify Google Cloud Console project is intact and configured with Gmail API enabled. Check that OAuth consent screen and client IDs are valid. Confirm ability to send email through the app remains unchanged after AWS teardown. Final Deliverable Quick written confirmation (bulleted list) showing each item reviewed and verified “no billing leakage.” Optional: flag any items we missed or recommend further savings. ✅ Requirements AWS Certified SysOps/Admin, Architect, or equivalent real-world experience. Hands-on experience with AWS teardown & cost optimization (EC2/EBS/EIP/NAT/CloudWatch/CloudTrail/SES/Route 53). Familiar with Microsoft 365 licensing/Entra apps. Familiar with Google Cloud Console OAuth & Gmail API setup.
