Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced CNC programmer to help me optimise my G-code files. The files were initially generated for a CNC router (Genmitsu PROVerXL 6050 Plus), but they need adjustments for better cutting performance and safety. 🔧 What I Need: • Adjust feed and speed rates for cutting ½-inch birch plywood (currently too aggressive). • Correct Z-axis plunge depth — right now, the tool is plunging way too deep. • Ensure the files are compatible with Candle (GRBL). • Possibly help me set the correct Z-zero for the project and re-export the G-code. 💡 What I’ll Provide: • The original G-code files • Info on my machine and material • Desired cut depth and tool specs (if needed) 🎯 Ideal Skills: • Experience with CNC routers (especially hobbyist-grade machines like Genmitsu) • Proficiency with G-code and post-processing for GRBL/Candle • Knowledge of Fusion 360, VCarve, or similar CAM software • Attention to detail and an understanding of safe Z-depths 📍 Bonus: • If you can show me how to tweak future files or walk me through settings over Zoom, that’s a huge plus.
