We’re Ecom Wealth Automation, a fast-growing Done-For-You eBay Automation Agency that helps everyday investors launch and scale profitable eBay dropshipping stores — most starting with zero eCommerce experience. With 20+ active clients and 5–10 new clients onboarding every month, we’re scaling fast and need an experienced Client Success Manager (CSM) to keep our clients happy, our VA team organized, and our operations running smoothly. This is a high-impact, long-term role — you’ll be the bridge between our clients, our VA team, and leadership. If you love organization, communication, and eCommerce growth, you’ll thrive here. 🎯 Your Core Responsibilities Client Communication & Success Manage all client communication inside Slack (DMs & channels). Answer client questions, provide updates, and proactively keep them informed. Join onboarding calls when needed to help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth handoff. Team & Project Management Oversee daily operations of our VA team managing client eBay stores. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are hit. Hold VAs accountable to KPIs (listings, fulfillment, account health, etc.). Operational Oversight Monitor eBay account health metrics (defect rate, late shipments, policy compliance). Escalate issues or policy warnings quickly to leadership. Ensure smooth product research, listing creation, order fulfillment, and supplier communication. Process Improvement Spot gaps in workflows and suggest improvements. Help build SOPs and better systems as we scale to 100+ stores. ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of eCommerce experience (eBay Dropshipping Required — deep understanding of the model is a must). Proven track record as a Client Success Manager / Project Manager in an agency or service business. Strong organization & leadership skills — you can manage multiple clients & teams simultaneously. Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
