Job Title 🚀 Build RV Inspector Entry Chatbot in Landbot + Report Automation (Fast Turnaround 2–3 Days) Job Description We are looking for an experienced Landbot freelancer to build a functional chatbot prototype that will serve as an RV Inspection Entry Assistant. The goal is to allow inspectors to log inspection entries (photo/video uploads, comments, and condition selections) in a clean, conversational flow that integrates with Zapier/Airtable for backend storage, and automatically generates a final inspection report. 🔹 Project Goals Provide inspectors with a single-screen form to submit: 📸 Photo(s) / Video (file upload, multiple allowed) 📝 Comment (short text) 🧭 Condition (quick replies: Good / Fair / Poor / Life Safety) 🏷️ Context Photo toggle (Yes/No) On submit, the bot: Confirms entry with comment number, text + condition. Shows whether the entry was Matched to a checklist keyword or No match found. Displays progress: (x of y items, % complete in area). Provides inline Approve / Edit / Delete buttons for each entry. Include a Pending Items feature to review unmatched entries and approve/edit/delete them. Ensure all entries remain scrollable in the chat log so inspectors can go back and interact with previous entries. Integrate with Zapier/Airtable (or similar) for: Entry storage Keyword matching Progress tracking Final report generation 🔹 Final Report Requirements Once inspection entries are completed, automation should: Compile all submissions (photos, comments, conditions, context tags). Organize them into a structured final report (PDF, Google Doc, or Airtable-generated). Report should group entries by area (Roof, Interior, etc.) and include progress status. Automatically send/download the report to inspector or customer. 🔹 Deliverables A working Landbot chatbot flow with: Welcome message → Form block (all fields in one screen) → Webhook to Zapier/Airtable → Confirmation with inline actions. Approve/Edit/Delete logic fully wired. Pending Items menu flow. Progress tracking updates based on backend response. Automation to generate a final inspection report (PDF/Doc) from logged entries. Clean, tested bot flow delivered in Landbot. Clear documentation on variables, webhook setup, and report generation process. 🔹 Requirements Proven experience building Landbot bots with form blocks, buttons, and webhook integrations. Strong knowledge of Zapier/Airtable (or similar) for backend workflows. Experience setting up report automation (PDF/Docs with dynamic data + images). Ability to implement Approve/Edit/Delete inline logic.
