We’re looking for a dedicated Facebook Marketplace Virtual Assistant to help manage listings, customer inquiries, and sales flow — keeping everything running smoothly and on-brand. 📋 Job Description As our Facebook Marketplace VA, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day marketplace operations. Your goal is to create high-quality listings, respond quickly to potential buyers, and maintain a professional image that reflects our brand. Your Responsibilities Create & Post Listings: Upload product photos, write professional descriptions, and set accurate pricing. Respond to Inquiries: Communicate promptly and professionally with buyers, maintaining a friendly and luxury tone. Manage Inventory: Mark sold items, re-list when needed, and update quantities. Customer Service: Handle questions, disputes, or returns efficiently. Optimize Listings (Optional): Improve visibility using effective titles and keywords. Source Products (Optional): Help identify trending or profitable items to list. 🧰 Requirements Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms (eBay, OfferUp, Craigslist). Excellent written English & communication skills. Detail-oriented; able to maintain brand voice & style. Basic photo-editing skills (cropping, lighting, logo overlay preferred). Reliable internet and responsive communication. (Preferred) Experience in automotive, furniture, or storage listings. ⏰ Work Schedule Flexible hours — availability during U.S. Central Time (CST) preferred for faster response to inquiries. 💰 Compensation $6 – $10 USD/hour, based on experience and performance.
