We're seeking an experienced YouTube CashCow Channel Manager to fully operate and grow two wellness-focused channels under my company: For women 50+, focused on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Tone: empowering, vibrant, and educational. For men 50+, focused on healthy aging, strength, and motivation. Tone: confident, grounded, and informative. You’ll manage end-to-end production and publishing — from topic research to uploading final videos. I’ll approve all ideas first, but you’ll handle the entire process: research → script → voiceover → edit → thumbnail → upload → analytics. Responsibilities: Research trending, high-retention topics relevant to adults 50+ Write engaging, motivational scripts (≈ 15 minutes runtime) Produce clean, natural voiceovers (AI or human) Edit videos using stock footage, captions, transitions, and subtle motion graphics Design click-worthy thumbnails + SEO-friendly titles/descriptions Upload directly to YouTube Studio & track CTR/retention weekly Deliverables For Each Channel: 12 long-form videos per month (≈ 15 minutes each) x 2 = 24 total 12 custom thumbnails/titles x 2 = 24 total Weekly analytics / performance summary Requirements: Proven YouTube CashCow or automation experience (wellness/lifestyle preferred) Understanding of YouTube SEO, RPM, CTR, and audience retention Ability to manage workflow independently and meet deadlines Fluent English communication for approvals & weekly updates 📦 Deliverables: 12 videos per month (~15 min each) + 12 thumbnails 💰 Trial Budget: $700/month for both channels (with increase + incentives after review) 🧠 Focus Areas: fitness, nutrition, mindset, healthy aging Style & tone examples: The Senior Health Hub, Senior Steps, Ageless Body, ElderfitTV, Dr. Berg, SilverSneakers.
