This includes: Before/After renovation videos Client testimonials On-site project progress reels Promotional and ad-style videos for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) Potential 3D render walkthroughs or animation-style videos (bonus if you can do this or collaborate with someone who can) 🧰 Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished, visually compelling content Add music, motion graphics, and smooth transitions to enhance storytelling Incorporate brand elements (logo, fonts, colors) consistently Optimize videos for various platforms (Reels, YouTube, Ads, Website, etc.) Create attention-grabbing short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for ads and social media (Optional) Integrate 3D renders, drone footage, or animation to elevate visuals 🎨 Ideal Candidate Proven experience editing for construction, architecture, or home improvement industries Strong sense of pacing, lighting, and visual storytelling Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Blender, or SketchUp animations) is a plus Responsive communicator and able to meet deadlines
