We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor who can turn raw real estate footage into stunning, engaging videos and short-form reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Responsibilities Edit raw property videos into polished, cinematic real estate showcases Create short, high-impact reels and vertical videos optimized for social media Add captions, transitions, and background music that fit luxury or modern real estate themes Incorporate branding elements (logo, lower thirds, intro/outro) Deliver both long-form and short-form versions for each property Maintain fast turnaround while keeping professional quality Requirements Proven experience editing real estate or architectural videos Strong knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) Ability to create attention-grabbing reels with strong hooks and pacing Understanding of aspect ratios, color grading, and cinematic composition Access to stock music and footage libraries is a plus Fluent in English communication Preferred Style Clean, modern, and cinematic — similar to content from: The Oppenheim Group Million Dollar Listing Architectural Digest Deliverables 1–2 minute real estate highlight video 15–30 second social media reels Editable project files upon completion Project Type Ongoing work — we have multiple listings and property shoots each month.
