As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will work with businesses to guide them through their journey of discovering AT&T’s offerings that best fit their service needs. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, your role will involve providing personalized assistance, answering queries, and recommending products based on product education and knowledge. The Entry Level AT&T Assistants interactions will shape positive customer experiences and contribute to the success of our company.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

• Listen attentively to customer and business owners inquiries to provide accurate information about AT&T's products and services
• Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences
• Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation
• Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues and guide customers in using their devices
• Build strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous sales, technology or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and other communication devices
• Full-time opportunity available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
