Key Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to explain available benefits
• Help clients enroll in the coverage options that best meet their needs
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
• Attend regular team meetings and development sessions
• Use company-provided technology and tools to manage your workflow

Qualifications:

Compensation:

Compensation is performance-based. First-year team members typically earn between $45,000 and $75,000, with top performers earning more. Bonus incentives and advancement opportunities are available.
