We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Soft Tech Company. We specialize in Website Development, Graphic Designing, SEO, and other digital solutions.

This is a commission-based position in the initial months, with the opportunity to earn a fixed salary based on performance in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Web, Design & SEO services
• Generate new business leads (online/offline)
• Handle client communications and queries
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Submit daily/weekly reports

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT services (Websites, SEO, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident
• Prior sales/marketing experience preferred (but not required)
• Must own a smartphone and have internet access
