Summary:
The Employee Relations Analyst supports key Employee Relations functions by tracking cases, maintaining documentation, identifying trends, and assisting with investigations and resolution processes.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who is passionate about fairness, compliance, and improving the employee experience. The Analyst works closely with the Employee Relations Manager and other HR team members to promote consistency and compliance across employee interactions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the intake, documentation, and tracking of employee relations cases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness.
  • Assist in compiling case summaries, timelines and reports to support investigations and resolution processes.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and help develop proactive solutions.
  • Coordinate logistics for investigations, including scheduling interviews and gathering relevant documentation.
  • Monitor follow-up actions, track outcomes, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Assist in preparing materials and communications related to policies and performance management.
  • Maintain organized employee relations files.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support policy consistency and compliance across locations.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR or compliance experience.
  • Experience working with confidential information or in sensitive roles is a plus.
  • Healthcare or multi-state employer experience is a plus but not required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and employment laws.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday or Paycom) is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
