Join a mission-driven global edtech team reimagining primary education - and bring your boldest self to work.

This isn’t your average admissions role.

We’re on the hunt for a brilliant communicator and strategic thinker who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo. Someone who gets excited by high-impact conversations, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and isn’t just comfortable with change - but craves it.

This is a chance to be the spark that connects families with a radically better way to educate their children. If you’re brave enough to lead with empathy, think creatively on your feet, and bring energy to every interaction - you just might love it here.

About the Organisation

We’re supporting a global edtech company on a mission to rewrite the rules of primary education. Through precision education - a deeply personalised, tech-enabled approach - they deliver joyful, relevant learning to students in over 30 countries (and counting).

Think small classes. World-class teachers. Cutting-edge curriculum. Real-world topics. All online, all personalised, and all designed to create better outcomes for every learner, everywhere.

They’re growing fast - and the APAC region is next.

🚀 Be the first voice families hear - warm, informed, and energising
🌏 Understand families’ stories and help them envision a better future through innovative education
📈 Own the admissions journey from inquiry to enrolment—while keeping quality and alignment front and centre
🎤 Lead compelling webinars and meetings that showcase the uniqueness and value of this experience
🤝 Collaborate with marketing, teaching, and learner success teams to ensure every family’s journey is meaningful and smooth

  • Proven experience in sales or admissions, ideally with long sales cycles and values-led communication
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication; bonus points for APAC language skills
  • Strong organisational and tech capabilities - especially using CRMs and digital tools
  • An understanding of or experience with sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Gap Selling)
  • Cultural awareness and a track record of connecting with people across geographies and backgrounds
  • A growth mindset, a sense of humour, and a genuine passion for meaningful work
