ZeroFox seeks a skilled, driven and customer-centered Product Marketer to join us as Lead Product Marketing Manager. In a key role in the PMM team you will lead product marketing for multiple product lines and capabilities on the Zerofox platform. The platform includes leading threat intelligence, digital risk protection, physical security and executive protection, and external attack surface management solutions.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing and Sales, this role is accountable for identifying market opportunities, defining pricing and packaging, building and orchestrating the go-to-market strategy, enabling our GTM teams, and creating compelling communication about our product to the market. This is a big opportunity for someone passionate about the power of product marketing to drive genuine customer impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity marketing, with a well-rounded, results-oriented track record as a persuasive storyteller and content creator,, a savvy business strategist and an excellent communicator.
ZeroFox, having recently returned to private ownership, is investing heavily in its products, so the ability to quickly identify opportunities, adapt to change and move quickly with precision is key.
This role is instrumental to ZeroFox’s mission helping organizations to protect their digital footprint and minimize its risks.
Role and responsibilities
- Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products and strategies to best address customer needs throughout the full scope of the product and customer lifecycle from product ideation and prioritization through GTM, buyer’s journey and retention/ upsell
- Develop exceptional product positioning, proof-points and messaging that credibly differentiates ZeroFox products in the market
- Define data-driven customer segments and sales motions and communicate the core propositions of the products to the sales team and partners and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
- Leverage strong content creation background to develop content, including web-pages, blogs, thought-leadership, data-sheets, white papers, videos and other content
- Market intelligence: be the subject matter expert (SME) on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the SME on competition and how to win in the marketplace; be SME on relevant technology trends by continuous market analysis
- Work closely with the ZeroFox Growth and Demand Generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies and marketing programs that drive demand for ZeroFox solutions
Requirements
- Experience working in product marketing or similar capacity, typically obtained in 5+ years
- B2B cyber security company product marketing experience is a must
- Ability to communicate the value proposition of products to the sales and team and partners and develop the sales tools that support the ZeroFox selling process
- Track record of strong content creation background to develop content, including sales collateral and tools, white papers, videos, and other demand-generating content
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, multi-task, and work proactively in a dynamic and rapidly changing workplace – operational excellence and mastery of details is a must
- Outstanding orchestration and people skills; master communicator who can speak to all levels of the organization and lead complex, cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience, MBA a plus

- Strategic thinking with a default to execution, coupled with the ability to see beyond the day-to-day to help reach goals and overall organizational efficiencies
