Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Uphold the establishment's standards for quality, presentation, and service in a fine dining atmosphere.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.
• Experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• A passion for mixology and the ability to create unique beverage offerings is a plus.
