Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Plumber' and or helper to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking with some and or lot of experience in the plumbing industry. As a Plumber' or a helper Helper, you will be a plumber on your own or assist licensed plumbers in various tasks, ensuring that plumbing systems are installed and maintained effectively. The role requires a willingness to learn and the ability to work in diverse environments, including residential and commercial construction sites.- we currently do alot of hoa work - we also have a pay scale job ( rate- work ) on an army base in az , we are redoing water the lines and we have some jobs coming up at 29 palms marine corps base this summer ( possibly for a few years to come ) but our primary area daily is in the lower desert mainly Palm Springs to Palm desert. - service / repipes / remodels - we def. do a lot of tankless and filtration systems -

Duties

• plumbers and helpers will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Perform pipe threading and other necessary plumbing techniques.
• Support plumbing installation and maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Vast and or Basic understanding of plumbing concepts and techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and basic math skills for measurements.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools is advantageous.
• Previous field service or maintenance person experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $23.00 - $45.00 per hour
