We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. You will leverage your skills in customer relationship management and account management to foster strong relationships with clients while assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the SaaS or financial services sectors.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, sales, and account management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
  • Ability to analyze information effectively and provide actionable insights based on customer data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Experience in project management is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.35 - $28.51 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
