About

Are you a creative and detail-oriented person who loves to celebrate life milestones? Do you have experience in client service, event planning and sales? Do you thrive in fast-paced and changing environments where you’ll be constantly learning (we’re talking fire hose level learning)? Does playing a pivotal role in people’s once-in-a-lifetime celebrations sound exciting to you?

At Balloon Artisan, we are passionate about taking our clients' events to a whole new level through unique and unforgettable balloon decorations. As a Remote Event Coordinator, you will be working directly with our clients to plan their dream balloon project for their events then working with our creative team to fulfill that project (No prior balloon decor experience is required).

Our Culture:

Balloon Artisan is not a 9-5, clock in and clock out kind of company. If you are looking for a job where you can go home at the end of the day, disconnect and not think about work, then our team will not be for you. This job will be a challenge and it will cause you to grow in ways you've never thought possible. Your mind will be constantly thinking about the events you are working on and ways to improve processes on the team. Each day when you come to work, you will have a profound impact on our clients' lives and our entire team.

Our team is very passionate about helping our clients to celebrate their most precious life moments and we are constantly thinking of new ways to grow and add value in the world of events. In just 2.5 years Balloon Artisan has grown from a mere idea, to the largest balloon decorating company in the world. We are looking to carve our space in the history of the event world and make waves in the industry.

We understand that failing is part of the learning process and is a natural part of doing something no one else has done before. We value extreme ownership, growth and accountability. Our industry is inherently creative so we are constantly thinking of out-of-the-box solutions to solve business problems.

A strong GIF game is mandatory and while we work incredibly hard, we also value lighthearted conversation and having a good time.

Responsibilities:

You will be responding to inbound leads (phone calls, emails and social media messages), coordinating project details (phone, email and zoom), guiding the client through our design process and helping oversee our creative team as they bring your vision to life.

You will be responsible for keeping each project organized using a variety of software tools and documenting lessons learned as you go.

Please do not call our number with application questions!

While we appreciate you being proactive, we have a small team and filtering dozens of job application calls per day makes it very difficult to service our clients. If you call us, you will not be considered for the position. We'd love to hear from you through an Indeed message if you have any further questions about the position. 🙂

Qualifications:

You will be on the computer all day, you must be tech literate and able to learn new software quickly.

Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Passionate about event planning and design.

Enthusiastic about life and being part of a larger vision.

A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Creative and able to think outside the box.

Willing to learn and potentially fail in the process. Able to communicate clearly and give detailed instructions.

Able to work with a team to accomplish goals.

Job Details:

Starting pay will be $20 per hour + tips + monthly bonuses. Tips will bump your pay up $5-$12 per hour on average (The better you are at servicing clients and the more projects you close, the more you will earn). Bonuses will increase your wage anywhere from $3-$20 per hour

- You’ll work 38-45 hours per week.

- Your main work day will be 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
