Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Property Management to lead our property management division. This pivotal role will oversee the management of our multifamily properties, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversea marketing team to generate traffic from marketing channels, with emphasis on social media
• Oversee leasing, including training and managing leasing agents to optimize funnel conversion
• Track retention metrics and coach team on tenant retention protocol
• Track and report on KPIs: leasing and marketing

Experience

• Proven experience in sales and sales strategies
• Familiarity with property management software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with leasing agents and tenants
