About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join the Care Operations team! Operations Analysts deeply understand the day-to-day performance of the Care Operations Team’s operations and business. They gather, interpret, and use data to improve processes and optimize results within the Care Operations Team. Reporting to the Senior Operations Analyst, you will support insights that drive key initiatives and process improvement to ensure a world-class experience for both patients & providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.

You Will:

  • Conduct complex analyses of operational data to uncover trends, identify performance drivers, and generate actionable insights.

  • Monitor and report on daily Care Operations metrics, proactively surfacing potential issues and opportunities for optimization.

  • Summarize findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Contribute to tracking the impact of operational initiatives and support iteration in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Work closely with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations to identify pain points and support initiatives that enhance experience.

  • Support improvements to patient care workflows by monitoring queues and coordinating with Clinical Operations.

  • Execute on ad hoc data requests and analyses to support operational needs.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture, modeling curiosity, accountability, and a bias for action.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or business strategy, ideally at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data to support operational decision-making and process improvements

  • Effective communicator, capable of presenting insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners in a clear, compelling way

  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and takes ownership to drive results through proactive collaboration.

  • Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau; comfortable with data exploration

Compensation Range: $80K - $110K
